The Terms and Conditions of BABBAZON’S Summer of Sport Promotion
The following Terms and Conditions are in addition to the Babbazon’s Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale and are applicable only to Babbazon’s Summer of Sport Promotion 2024 for the period 14/06/2024, until 14/07/2024:-
- For all new customers to Babbazon from midnight 14/06/2024 until midnight 14/07/2024, We offer (i) 15% off our current Website pricing, and (ii) give free delivery on all customer orders over £300
- For our existing customers, from midnight 14/06/2024 until midnight 14/07/2024, We will offer a multi-buy option which comprises of two tiers, and give, in addition to our current Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale, bulk buy discounts as follows.
- 2 for additional 10%
- 4 for additional 15%
- The terms and conditions set out in paragraphs 1. and 2. above will modify, amend, and take precedence over Babbazon’s current Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (which can be found here www.babbazon.com/terms-of-service) for the period from midnight 14/06/2024 until midnight 14/07/2024, save that any terms and conditions of Babbazon’s Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale, which are not amended by paragraphs 1. and 2. above, shall remain in full force and effect.
- After the period, 14/06/2024 to 14/07/2024, these Summer of Sport terms shall be withdrawn, and Babbazon’s current standard Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale with respect to pricing and quantities shall revert to the pre-Summer of Sport, pricing model.
- For the sake of clarity and the avoidance of doubt, Babbazon confirms it’s Summer of Sport promotion is totally independent of any one competition, nation, or football association.
